  • Initial release.

  • nyc_pluto(), nyc_pluto_path(), and nyc_pluto_to_sf() give access to PLUTO 26v2: all 858,284 NYC tax lots with 97 attribute fields and MapPLUTO lot polygons, stored as GeoParquet.

  • New datasets nyc_pluto_changes_df (the PLUTO change file), nyc_pluto_land_use_df, and nyc_pluto_bldg_class_df.
